From 11 to 22 November 2024, the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) took place in Baku, Azerbaijan, under the theme "In Solidarity for a Green World". In the conference's Blue Zone, WeCarbon, as the report's Knowledge Partner, attended "Climate Action Beyond Borders", a key event co-hosted by Shanghai Climate Week and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), and saw the official launch of the report "ClimateTech In Focus: Innovations for a Greener Supply Chain". At the event, Shanghai Climate Week also signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with the Arab Youth Council for Climate Change (AYCCC) and discussed international cooperation with New York Climate Week and London Climate Action Week to support a sustainable future.

ClimateTech In Focus is the annual flagship research report of Shanghai Climate Week (SHCW), the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC), with WeCarbon as Knowledge Partner.
