Recently, WeCarbon held a cooperation meeting at the Tokyo office of UL Solutions, a global organisation in testing and certification, standards development and sustainability. WeCarbon founders Ms. Remoca Shi and Mr. Eric Ma and Dr. Marc Hobell, Global Director and General Manager, Solutions at UL Solutions, held in-depth discussions on sustainability services, technology collaboration and global market expansion.

The meeting built on the two organisations' existing cooperation. UL Solutions took part in "ClimateTech In Focus: Artificial Intelligence for Sustainability", the annual joint flagship report of the United Nations, APEC and Shanghai Climate Week led and written by WeCarbon as Knowledge Partner, with Dr. Robert Slone, Chief Scientist at UL Solutions, providing expert input as a core contributor. The meeting further deepened the partnership, and the two sides will collaborate more closely on global sustainability and digital transformation.
UL Solutions is a global safety science company with broad influence in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) and sustainability services, and has long provided companies with solutions for product safety, compliance certification and sustainability transformation. As its global business continues to grow, UL Solutions will work with WeCarbon to strengthen project delivery, technological innovation and service capabilities in Asia and the Middle East, further reinforcing UL Solutions' global network of sustainability services.
