On 7 April 2023, Zhang Xia, Deputy Director of the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai) Economic Cooperation Bureau of the Luzhou Municipal People's Government, visited WeCarbon and met WeCarbon's China Partner Mia Zheng and Founder and Executive President Remoca Shi. The two sides got to know each other in depth and explored potential opportunities for government and business to support each other and to cooperate in sustainability and ESG.

Ms. Remoca Shi was earlier invited to join the Sichuan Chamber of Commerce and the Luzhou Chamber of Commerce, and was named one of the chamber's outstanding young entrepreneurs. The visit was both part of the Luzhou Chamber of Commerce's visits to outstanding young entrepreneurs' companies and a friendly exchange between WeCarbon and the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai) Economic Cooperation Bureau of the Luzhou Municipal People's Government, Sichuan Province.
