WeCarbon recently signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Radas (Shanghai) Business Management Co., Ltd. (“Radas”).
Radas is a professional firm focused on industrial investment and management consulting. It brings together partners with hands-on expertise in private equity, investment banking, strategy, management, human capital and industry integration, and runs two innovative brands and businesses, Radas Investment and Radas Consulting. Its services include, but are not limited to, business management consulting, financial advisory, tax services, human resources services and software development. Guided by the idea of helping companies grow sustainably, Radas is building an ecosystem platform around four core elements, “industry + capital + talent + services”, to support companies' organic growth and external expansion and the high-quality development of industries.

The two parties reached agreement on cooperation in advisory, training, certification and software development in sustainability, ESG and sustainable development.
