Led by WeCarbon's China Partner Ms. Mia Zheng, the courses "Business Thinking: ESG and Sustainable Business" and "Strategic Navigation: ESG Strategic Transformation and Business Planning" are designed to help business leaders build sustainable business thinking and leadership from several angles, from economic and social value to ecological value.
The courses cover sustainable (ESG) business strategy, examining how to embed ESG into business practice amid globalization and achieve genuine sustainable development; sustainable business leadership, developing business leaders' leadership in ESG so they can steer their companies toward a green, low-carbon future; and ESG strategies for different types of organizations, shaping ESG strategies around the characteristics of multinationals, financial institutions, and central and state-owned enterprises.
The courses help business leaders to learn from the good practice of benchmark companies in China and abroad in the E pillar and strengthen their ESG strategic management; explore how companies can support rural revitalization and common prosperity through social responsibility practice in the S pillar; and analyze how sound governance and compliance management in the G pillar can raise a company's overall value.
