On 20 May, Ms. Mia Zheng, Partner (China) at WeCarbon, attended the "ISSB Sustainability Disclosure Standards Early Adopter Partners Shanghai Workshop: From Non-Financial Information to Financial Reporting", co-hosted by the IFRS Foundation Beijing Office, the Green Finance Forum of 60 (GF60) and the World Resources Institute (WRI).

Participants exchanged practical experience and case studies from companies in the real economy and from financial institutions, and examined how climate-related risks and opportunities affect financial performance. The aim was to help companies and financial institutions move beyond compliance-driven disclosure towards creating value through sustainability disclosure.
