On 22 October 2025, Mr. Philippe Oster, Senior Executive Director (Head of International Affairs) of HEC Paris, led a delegation to Hangzhou. Under the theme "Aligning capital, industry and policy to build global momentum for sustainable AI", the delegation met representatives of Caitong Securities, Hangzhou Yinglan Center, Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City and other institutions, and visited AI and intelligent manufacturing companies including iFlytek and Hikvision. WeCarbon Founders Mr. Eric Ma and Ms. Remoca Shi accompanied the delegation throughout.

The exchanges focused on how capital, industry and policy can work together to build global momentum for the responsible and sustainable development of AI. The delegation learned about the progress of major Chinese companies in cognitive large models, computer vision and human-machine interaction, and exchanged views on strengthening international cooperation.
Looking ahead, WeCarbon will work with its ecosystem partners to bring the inaugural Global Artificial Intelligence Sustainable Development Innovation Collaboration Forum (GAIIF) to Paris, and to further advance practical China-France cooperation in green intelligent technology, sustainable finance and global governance, working together towards an AI future that is green, inclusive and a force for good.
